Suggested Use

• Shake packet well before using.

  • Boil 16 oz. of water
  • Empty packet in mug (insulated mug recommended). Add 16 oz of water and Mix thoroughly.
  • Drink 8 oz. in the morning before breakfast. Follow with 1 quart of water.
  • Drink 8 oz. in the afternoon either 45 min before meals or 60 min after meal. Follow with 1 quart of water 

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. When not used within 90 days store in the refrigerator for up to a year. If used after 90 days you will need to boil the entire packet for 3 minutes in water before starting with Step 1 above. Discard any unused packets after 12 months.
